Imagine the Possibilities! Phase 1 has begun!

Phase 1 has begun! This Phase is Dedicated to Programming, Strategic Intent & Shared Vision.

In the upcoming months, our team of professional consultants and the TLHD Strategic Approach Team, consisting of board members and community representatives, will collaborate with our community, actors, staff, and other stakeholders to develop a vision for the future. We will compile a collection of surveys, guided conversations, and research to gather input. We aim to engage various segments of our community, including patrons, donors, and theatre professionals. Our team of independent consultants will lead the visioning process, actively seeking input and feedback from all corners of our community to ensure a comprehensive and inclusive plan that represents diverse voices. At TLHD, we value inclusivity and diversity, and we are dedicated to taking deliberate steps to ensure that our plan embodies these principles. Once completed, the plan will be communicated to all stakeholders.
