Program changes in 2020
The summer at TLHD will not look like we planned.
We’re taking steps to offer programming in 2020 and are making modifications to the schedule. Although we don’t yet know exactly what the summer will bring we know we need to be safe, creative, and flexible, and in doing so can accomplish our goal to not go dark, and to bring people together when the time and situation is right.
Some shows, like Glensheen, have been postponed to 2021. Other shows are on standby as we work to consider modifications that may allow us to present them this summer or even later this year. We are making every effort to have some programming in 2020 and will let you know of each offering as we’re able.
Season Membership Changes - Refund or Rollover
Our traditional seasons included new shows nearly every week in the summer months, bundled up and presented as a package. This year we need to work show by show and need to modify the season memberships we previously presented.
We greatly appreciate your dedication to TLHD and your purchase of a Season Membership. We are crystal clear about one thing at this time: we value our relationships with you. It is in that light that we can offer two suggestions for how to manage the changes:
We can issue a full refund for your membership to your original payment method.
We can rollover the full amount you paid for your 2020 membership(s) into your TLHD account that you can use for ticket purchases in the future.*
*Note: This is NOT a donation. The money you have paid for your 2020 membership is yours and available for your use at TLHD in the future. (Donations can be made separately of this change.)
Rollover benefits:
Access your TLHD account anytime to purchase tickets and check your balance.
Easily use the credit to purchase tickets as they become available.
No expiration
The credit could be used for future memberships if and when we offer them again.
A few notes that may help you make your decision:
TLHD will follow the safety recommendations from the governor’s office as well as our local hospital and safety officials, including:
Performances during the summer in 2020 will be held outdoors or in a drive in setting.
Masks will be required as recommended by safety officials.
If you choose credit - you will not be able to use some of your credit and cash out the remainder at a later date. 100% of the credit should be used for ticket purchases at TLHD.
Rollover credit may NOT be used for concessions. > Refunds and credits will be offered on or before June 15, 2020.
